Rock-A-Fella Records impresario Jay-Z may know beats but he couldn't beat the odds in Las Vegas. His upscale sports bar 40/40 Club in Sin City has closed for business. 40/40 began in NYC, expanded to Atlantic City and was expected to open in L.A., and Singapore. (That's ok, J. You told Noel "Guitar" Gallagher what time it is in Glastonbury.)
