ok....I have SERIOUSLY had it with Best Buy.  They called last night to say my lappy was ready for pick up.  I go today, try it out and it stays connected to the AC power.  It even says it's charging!!  So I sit through my first class with it charging...but it's at 6% for an hour and a half!  I go to the next class, and when I turn it on it's at
