whether it happens or not you know you're destined for great things because you have dreams and you're chasing them. i'm sure the journey means more if you have something to share it with but who said that can't be a good friend? keep in mind the fact that you've had opportunities to love. some people live their whole life never finding love and the fact that you have is a blessing itself.
