Okay, so as Elena has pointed out, people want an update. Of course, they would also go to www.babysites.com/sites/BabyMaksim to see updates, too. Lazy bums. :) Not that I update that incredibly often, either, but more often than LJ

I'm glad things are going so well -- good luck getting the kitchen put back together! Hopefully you'll have it all done well before the baby comes so you aren't trying to deal with remodeling *and* a new baby at the same time. :)

My $.02 on name spellings ... go with the common spelling! I have spent the last several days trying to pick up a small Christmas gift for my niece and nephew, who live overseas. (Postage is brutal to South Korea, so we've given up trying to send large presents in favor of cards and emails and little baubles to let them know we are thinking of them.) I keep finding the most adorable little personalized items that would be perfect -- pencils, little keychains, jacket pulls, etc. -- but while finding "Lauren" is easy, finding anything that says "Stefan" is impossible! Steven, yep. Stephen, no problem. Stefan? Not a chance in you-know-where. ;) Take if from me -- the umpteeth time your daughter boo-hoo's, "Why don't they ever have *my* name??", you will wish you'd used the z. *g*
