if you mean loading them straight from your computer to the internet. aka your blog. that's a no.

you need to host them get a url
to put them somewhere on the internet.

the only possible way is to make your
computer files pulic to the entire world.
which isn't a good idea, cause people can go through them
and delete files. it's bad.
and it takes a little something more to do it.

actually, i'm pretty sure there's a button somewhere in the posting deal-y that lets you upload pictures from files...i'll do some research.

yeah, there's definitely an "insert image" button right at the top, at least for me.
