Being unemployed is hard work

Since finishing work Friday morning at 11am I have been extremely busy. Friday afternoon I went out and got the tires rotated on the car and other errands. Saturday we went to Portland for Kathy and Hai Yue's wedding. How is it that the more 'free' time we have, the busier we are??

Poor puppy. Saw a LOLcat online today that said "Fixed? Am I broken?" it was the first thing I thought of when you mentioned the puppy getting neutered.

I know. I haven't really done anything relaxing. I have been super busy. I'm sure you are busier with having two children and I just have a puppy, which is kinda like having a toddler.

His rear duclaws removed? What are those? Are they sharp? Hope the poor guys is alright. Im sure he will be lethargic for like 3 days and then back to his old self. Puppies recover fast :D

Duclaws are claws that, if it were on a human, you would find on the side of your leg between your foot and your knee. Breeders usually remove them at birth but for some reason our did not. Our vet recommended this and the next day he caught one on something and scared himself really badly so we decided to get it done. Now he's in a plastic cone, looking very pathetic and wants very much to be better. He actually hasn't been lethargic at all which surprised me a little. I know he's tired but he won't settle down and rest. Of course with the cone he no longer fits into his kennel. So I borrow one from Jesse's parents because they have large hunting dogs and now he's sleeping in a kennel that is about three times the size he needs. It's very pathetic and cute.

The games are awesome. We are borrowing Lego Star Wars and it's really the first game I can play on my own. So I have been playing quite a bit. I think it's a cool game.
