All through my childhood I turned up my nose at this food, but now I am obsessed about it.. it is, oatmeal! Put 1 cup of 1 minute oatmeal into a bowl.
Add a pinch of salt.
Add a can of drained light tuna.
Add 1 1/2 to 1 3/4 cups of water.
Microwave about 4 minutes. Mixing the oatmeal once or twice in the process.
Enjoy it with some hot sauce.
Sometimes I also add a tablespoon or two of turkey beans, or use half a can of tune. I also top it of with a tablespoon of hummus.
The portion is pretty big even for a 6'1" guy like me, and it is around 400 calories.
