“Live long and prosper,” she says softly, and then she steps through the doors. Noah is stunned…what the hell?…and is on his feet before he even realises what he’s doing. The doors slide shut as he reaches them, but she turns and, without thought, he raises his own hand and places it on the glass, mimicking her gesture. They both smile and stay there as the train pulls away.

Sarah, you rock. I don't know what else to say besides that. The emotion you put in it and you say so little, it's amazing.

Also was this a subway in NYC? Cause there's a lot of crazy on trains there and I love it and miss it. ;)
