Sarah, You've got me crying! This is so, so good. Brilliant, actually. I fell for your clever misdirection and thought the boy was Noah. And you had me going with that assumption until almost the very end. Very moving and amazingly descriptive. I suck at the descriptive side of writing, so maybe I need to take some lessons from you! Excellent story, probably one of my favorites EVER! :)
Wow - what a twist! Upon finishing In A Single Moment I immediately went back and read it a second time to take it all in once again. So emotional and deeply moving. Luke and Noah changing that young man's life just by being them is beyond beautiful. My heart is very happy. Thank you!
Well what more can be said, all of the above comment's are so true of this tale. The way I saw it in my minds eye was of a Noah in an alternative universe finding that love and feelings are completable with life and living and that you don't have to listen to negativity but listen to your heart it will always steer you right thank you for such a great story Sarah.
Somehow I knew it wasn't Noah on that Bench. I think I knew this, because that's not how you roll. You like to give us little surprises.
You write with such feeling and openness, so goddamn fantastically emotional. I fucking love it!
There are boys like Noah everywhere, who go through the same thing everyday. And have no one to turn to, because the person they should be able to turn to wouldn't understand.
I should have known I couldn't fool ya, Arsena. Damn you!!! And you're right - there are young people out there going through untold emotional pain but, if they're lucky, there'll be people like Noah and Luke in their lives.

That was amazing. I think we all thought it was Noah outside the coffee shop.
and a life changed by a simple act of love.

I'm a firm believer that we all touch the lives of those around us. We just have to hope it's in the right way :)
