I got tagged.

- List seven habits/quirks/facts about yourself
- Tag seven people to do the same
- Do not tag the person who tagged you or say that you tag "Whoever wants to do it."1. I go through genre phases with my reading. Varying from about two weeks to a few months I'll have a genre that I'll just be craving to read almost all the time. Previously I've had ( Read more... )

Last year one of my lecturers offered free group guitar lessons that I went to! If he does it again, I'll let you know! I'm going if he does again :D

Peace,

Ooh, that sounds awesome. I did try to start learning once before, but I think I've forgotten everything from then.

I so know where you're coming from re: point 2. Do you remember which Jodi Picoult book it was? I wanna stay away from that. It distresses me so much. I was told not to watch Drag Me To Hell so I'll pass on that advice if you haven't seen it. And stories on the news relating to that upset me to no end. Much more than stuff happening to people.

I wear heals to work now and I always thought I'd only be able to walk in kitten heals but I've found that as long as the balance is right, I can walk in just about anything... having said that I'm sitting at a desk most of the day. I only wear kitten heals out clubbing 'cos my feet would probably die if I stood/danced in heels for hours.

Enjoy your 4 days off! That sounds awesome :)
(Also randomly, do you know if you get taxed less when part time then when you're casual? I heard casuals get taxed more but dont know if that's true.)

Wow I'm writing a novel here sorry!

I think it might have been Keeping Faith. I watched Drag Me To Hell the other night. It didn't actually show anything, but it implied it. I'll pass on some advice back to you, don't watch Untraceable.

I don't know about the taxes. I always thought it went by what you earnt each week. I know that when I was a casual I probably got taxed more because some works I'd get lots of hours and then get taxed heavily and it doesn't really even out when you do tax returns. Cause all you get then is a set 'low income' amount.

And honestly I'm starting to get annoyed at how YA sections are filled with vampire/supernatural romance and not much else at the moment. It's kinda hard to find YA books that don't have some sort of unreal element and could actually be set in the real world.

YES. I'm a little sick of it all and I used to love it. (Meaning, like, before Twilight even existed, lol.)

I feel like I missed out a lot in high school, too. I'm getting out a bit more now.
