The weather has been the best possible version of fall weather this week. Given that’s right in my wheelhouse, I figured this would be a good time to get into a better workout routine. I found a pretty cool looking 5k app called Zombies, Run! which seems pretty entertaining, even if you don’t like zombies.

My interest is piqued. Unfortunately, one of the running issues is that I've got some hip weakness that causes my knees to collapse in, moreso on the left; it also affects me when doing a lot of walking. I went to PT and was given strengthening exercises, but I'm Fucking Terrible about doing them on my own.
