HEALTHY Banana "Ice Cream"

I found this banana ice cream recipe and James and I LOVE IT. You freeze some bananas (for at least a few hours). Then slice them and drop them in a food processor (or you could use a blender or hand mixer). You blend until it has the consistency of ice cream. DONE

i did this once before and was astounded that oliver didn't like it. i might have to try again, as i get the feeling we might have too many bananas going south in the fridge and i'm not in the mood for banana bread.
