Not get too sentimental about it: woopsLooks like I stuck to the game plan. Except for the last and most important task. Before you go to camp, everyone tells you all the cliche things you expect to hear and you dismiss them all

Thanks, Jamie. It was a great experience and I'm glad I got to share it with you. I was proud of you too, but I knew you had it in you all along. I admire your compassion and how you apply it to everything you do and everyone around you. I wish I could be like that.

Something else I wanted to add to this post...

Not only do counselors build an inexplicable bond with his or her camper, but we build bonds and rebuilt bonds among one another. This experience made me remember why I used to be such great friends with Matt and Jamie and helped me to steady our once shaky friendships.

I'm proud of you too, Sarah. I already knew you were a compassionate person, thats why I called you those specific times when I had no idea what to do. I know I wasn't at camp rec, but I saw how much it touched you at the service class. I'm so glad that you had that experience, and I am so jealous that you are in Europe.
