This is 99.44% for my own reference, so I don't have to go searching back for things, but just in case it's of interest to others, I'll leave it accessible. Here's a list of the various knitted things I've posted pictures of, other than (or in addition to) in my own journal ( Read more... )

Hey there.. I found you through Google. I'm wondering if you ever posted the pattern for the fingerless gloves you did back in January? If so, could you direct me to that post?

No, I haven't; I'm actually doing a second pair right now and writing up the pattern as I go, so I'll hang on to this message and drop you a line when those go up somewhere.

Wow... your first adult socks are in the same yarn that I did the first kid socks I started back into knitting with back in 2004. My. :-) Lion Magic Stripes.

It's very cool to see the reversed second sock!

I just stumbled on this and was so happy - I was thinking about how much I wanted to make socks like your Pomatomus/sumotamoP, and couldn't remember which month you'd posted them to knitting

Ooh, definitely let me see yours when you get them done. I had a ton of fun working on mine, and one of my future projects is going to be knitting up another pair in some yarn that I had made specifically for this purpose -- it's handspun, with one skein s-spun and z-plied and the matching skein z-spun and s-plied, so the twist will be complementary in both socks. Why yes, I *am* a bigger geek than almost anyone I know.

It's okay to geek out with knitting. That's what the internet is for!

Heya. Checked out your bio via knitting. I enjoy your designs and your writing style. Do you mind if I add you? (And if so, no worries. I don't add every random person who drops by my LJ either. ^_~)
