Test results are back and the neuro doc says that everything was normal, so the likelihood of me having MS is really low. WHEW! Of course, this means back to the drawing board, but at least that scary bit is out of the way. When I told my mom, she said, "I'm telling you, I know what it is. You're 30 and you're stressed out." We'll see how

I'm glad to hear that the likelihood of MS is very low; however I empathize with the frustration of not knowing what exactly is wrong. However, stay persistent if your symptoms don't get better. Chances are (in this day and age) that some doctor or doctors can pinpoint things.

it's a relief it's not MS. I bet Dr. Mom is right. I know my body has gotten kind of wonky now that I'm in my 30s.
