He is yummy, yeah? I found him on a royalty free image site. I'm still not thrilled with the music, but eh...again, the whole royalty free thing is important.
Nope, it doesn't take long to make a trailer. I did it on my Windows video maker. It was just drag and drop and then inserting the captions. It was surprisingly easy. I can make you one if you like.
You don't have to register to read, but you have to register to vote. But you don't get any emails unless you subscribe to a story and they don't sell your info. Doesn't take very long. I appreciate you taking the time to check it out, I know you're a busy bee.
I done registered, and have read a bit, and what a promising beginning! Do you want concrit and editing opinions, or do you want your readers to go along for the ride? because I'm good either way...
I want to hear whatever you have to say. If you have crit for me, fire away. If you want to talk about the ride, fire away.
I don't actually have a beta for this. Most everyone is busy, so any way that I can improve, I want to hear it. I know one with your eagle eyes, you'll find something that I could have done better, or worse, you know I know better. LOL.
So, whatever you've got, doll. I appreciate it 100%.
I changed the names. You are so right. I had started just thinking that Michael was named for Mikal... but it did become confusing. I'm glad that it was early enough in the process to fix it before it became a major issue. His mother was only Mariska because I was watching Law and Order SVU... She is now Nadja and he is Ivan.
That's an awesome idea about the bone powder. That would be a great role for the winner of my character contest.
I'll have to go back and reread. I suppose that's how you can tell that I wrote this for something else and then ignored it for awhile before picking it back up.
I tend to overdo the single lines. I need a leash every so often. *wink*
Thanks for all of the helpful feedback. And of course I'll keep you involved in the refining process. Your feedback is always so detailed and helpful. I really appreciate that you took the time to read, vote, give feedback, it's the made of awesome trifecta.
