ok, im avoiding homework and have been looking at my "out of state tuition" situation. there doesnt seem to be any way around it. it really fuckin sucks. I HAVE to live in NY for a year before i can get in state tuition even though im pretty sure i can become a resident in less time. whatever. soooooo out of state tuition. wtf. so so so so... so
