I started kickboxing last night and it did wonders for my anxiety. I didn't really think it would work. And despite feeling sore as hell right now, I also feel really good. I hope I can keep this up (

i've been taking kickboxing for about 3 months and it helps with all sorts of anxiety, depression and anger. woo! kickboxing!
