That is a very interesting story! Do they have it translated into English? OMG I remember the series Anne of Greengables. I was one of my favorites as a kid. I think was Greengables first and then turned into Anne of Avonlea later. Then they had a spin off called Road to Avonlea....ah yes, the fond memories of childhood!

Must see if Road to Avonlea is on DVD!
