Um... I seem to remember trying to get you to listen to Spektor in my car at least a month before I left for basic training.

That did in fact happen. But that wasn't when I discovered her. That was when I first heard her. She took a while to grow on me. But suddenly, about a week ago, sitting at the coffee shop, "That Time" came on, and I suddenly realized-- "Holy shit: I love this song. Holy shit, I love Regina Spektor."
