I got an e-mail from HR today telling me how much I'll be making. It's a lot less then what I would make starting in a hospital in Portland, but about the same for starting in a nursing home here in Oregon. Overall it's a nice wage and way more than what I would start out with in pretty much any other industry so I'm pleased with it. The cost of

It is an understatement to say the cost of living is lower...don't worry, you will hardly spend any money at all there.

Yeah, I did an online comparison and if I remember correctly the cost of living was %50 less than Portland.
