Mark Gardener has released solo stuff, but I can't remember the name he used for it.

Going Blank Again is the best Ride album, although Dreams Burn Down (from Nowhere) is possibly my fave Ride song. Listen to it loud with the rain crashing against the window.

Cass from the Senseless Things released some stuff as Delakota in the late 90s. They were quite good, actually...kind of chilled and funky.

Lordy that sounds very similar to what i am listening to. I absolutely loved Perfume, though i never got to see them live - 'Carving Your Name' is one of my all time favourite songs.
