Hold the Corn (Syrup)

Basically, it stops secretion of the hormone that tells your brain the stomach is full but not the one that tells your brain the stomach is empty.

So you can have a full stomach and still be hungry.

You should talk to Jason. He's been going on forever about how HFCS is the Evil Empire. When I first went on WW, we had huge fights about things like what bread to buy. I buy the WW bread, but it has HFCS. Problem is, it's difficult to find a bread that doesn't have HFCS.
