It's a kombucha baby! Yes indeed, Noah gave me my very own symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast to be my friend and make me tea! She is floating in her tasty bath in a jar on top of the dresser. I haven't named her yet, but I will. Hooray!

I like a lot of fermented things - miso, tempeh, soy sauce, kimchi - but kombucha horrifies me.

I want to be open to its fungal love but I just caaaaan't. ;_;
