The filibuster is something that both parties use. If the Democrats become the majority in 2008, I bet the Republicans will try to allow the filibuster again.

i like the godwin's law thing. do you think its indicative of the state republicans find themselves in? maybe they are at the end of their far -right pendulum swing?
