Hey i'm really sorry to hear about your situation...i know we dont really know eachother but my piece of advice would be to tell him that, what he made you feel and how he hurt you and you can't get over that and he can't ruin your life just because your trying to keep him a part of it becuase you care enough to still be friends. He is not willing to make things work and you are attempting to do. You could ahve just said get out of my life becuase i dont want anything ot do wiht you but you didnt. Idk that is just some advice you don't have to use it. Look on the brightside. Hope things get better for you.
Obviously you chose to leave out the bit about you thougth it was cleaver for your 13 year old daughter to have sex, under MY roof & you thought it was good!!!
