Hello all. Update coming soon, I promise. Katie, my sister-in-law (woah), is going to take some finished knit project pictures for me so I can make a totally geeky knitting post. Also, adventures concerning swimming pools, the Cross Bronx Expressway, and the usual self hating mumbo jumbo.

The Cross Bronx Expressway is an awful, awful thing.

For that matter, so are all of New York City's major roadways.

oh my god, i went to FU to register for classes this week...there was a truck fire right by the Jerome Ae exit...90 MINUTE DELAY ON THE UPPER LEVEL. it took my sister and i two hours to get there.

Oh geez. But yeah, going into New York can take anywhere from thirty minutes to three hours, and a mere five minutes can make all the difference in how long it takes, it's insane.

What exit do you usually take to get there? I take Webster Ave., it seems quicker that way to me.
