This is so wonderful! Merlin is so perfectly bitter, and with such just cause! I especially love his growing curses with each step hauling water -- that's masterfully done -- and his pure loathing when he gets Arthur undressed and he's clean and doesn't need a bath after all. Poor Merlin!

And then... "Get in." Guh. I just love how you've written Arthur's imperious tone here, not tolerating Merlin's hesitation. (And because he doesn't want him to stink around him tomorrow, yeah, right...)

This is some gorgeous smexxin here! Those fingers on his throat (hello, breathy kink, glad you made it!) and that "Shh... I've got you" ... well, I already told you how tingle-happy that whole paragraph is!

But that's not enough ... you turn this into a reveal story, and Arthur is so wonderfully accepting of it, and yes, very, very lucky -- and he knows it. That just makes this so much better

This was literally amazing... Funny and hot and exactly, exactly what I wanted to read! I especially enjoyed Arthur's tiny, unexpected piece at the end, after having so many Merlin thoughts, and having him know anyway! Brilliant - he's a fiend, that prince! You have to keep writing in this fandom. I'm sort of demanding it! :D
