My friends are so special

My friend Patrick, in particular, is so special that he just had surgery for a condition that typically only occurs in babies--he's 28. Spent the afternoon at the hospital hanging out with his family and friends. Hospitals are certainly not fun, so it's quite nice of you to take in fund things to play with.

I think he'll be a quick healer. He's young and in good shape, so I hope for his sake he's back to normal soon. Well...as normal as he ever was. Hee.
