Part of my failure to post has simply been a lack of private time lately. We reconnected with a friend, B, from whom we hadn't heard in quite some time. He'd been down about a lot of things, and we ended up having him down. And he was with us for a week and a half.  I'm not complaining. I've enjoyed having him around, and I'm actually a little sad
