Why did you eat newspaper? That can't be good for you. Was it an accident in a fish & chip shop.

You're thinking of Rick Waller I assume. Rick Astley was a "singer" of equal talent and originality but more slender stature.

When i was little i used to crawl as fast as i could to the front door when i heard a newspaper come through, tear it to pieces and eat it. I've turned out a well rounded individual though! *Twitch*

My nine-month-old has a fascination with eating newspaper too, though she'll settle for the pages of the phone book if she can get her hands on that >_

1) Nobody. Ever again.

2) My ex. No comment.

3) I expect people to pay me for sex

4) Looking at my bank account. It was a bit hysterical, though...

5) For some reason, Angel. I just like violins

6) You could add several zeroes to the end of that number and the answer would still be NO.

Oooh! Dear John! That was funny. That Elvis bloke used to give me the creeps though. Ralph Bates is dead, you know.

What were the rest of the lyrics from the Dear John theme? I can only remember "Dear John, Dear John, By the time you read this letter I'll be gone..."

They laughed at the weirdest things in the eighties didn't we... er... they.

Gosh I am bored - it took I while, but God bless Google!

Dear John - Dear John
By the time you read these lines - I'll be gone
Life goes on - Right or wrong
Now its all been said and done - Dear John
Seems we've sung love's last song - Dear John
People change as bright as day
Like the weather one day sun - next day rain
What ever happened to the plans we made
seems that they ended with a masquerade
Life goes on - Right or wrong
Now its all been said and done - Dear John
