i was checking my student e-mail today and was pleasantly surprised to receive a personal message from professor kingsley whittenbury, head of the mppd division. apparently bronwyn had approached him, with my (updated) mppd journal in tow, urging him to read it. he loved my work so much that he has asked to feature my writings in the next mppd

Kudos on the great praises you got for your writing. It's a gift, and maybe you should use it more to your advantage. At the same time, I think that some people may tell you that writing about ethics in Medicine is nothing compared to working on research or writing "real hardcore" stuff. I know that medical students are always so competitive what with the "since i got an extra A, i will always be better than you" complex (as what everyone has experienced before), but just note that writing is as much a gift as skillful dissection of the madible.
