...that shit is fucking confusing... you answer phones for like a million companies that do a bunch of different shit, and like you have to take messages or give them numbers and like ughh it's not so much hard as it is just really confusing, so i'm like literally like @_@ OH GOD OHGODOHGOD WHATDOIDO but i think i'll get the hang of it after awhile
