Pros: If you're thinking that Mario Superstar Baseball is just like
all of the other Mario sports games released, then you're right.
However, baseball in the Mushroom Kingdom was well over-due. Do not be
fooled by the usual cartoony graphics, following the trend of Super
Mario 64, because this game is a great deal more challenging than the
prior Mario sports games. A multitude of characters ranging in skills
and techniques keep everything varied. The pitching and batting are
simple to grasp, as they only require one or two buttons. Multiplayer
is the key to Mario Superstar Baseball and is definitely its selling
point. Whether you're playing the two-player, head-to-head game mode
or playing mini games with three of your friends, it's a great game to
get everyone involved and playing.
Cons: The tutorials are an absolute MUST, otherwise you'll be throwing
your ball between two players while the other team gets two runs in
one hit. The single player story mode is tedious and repetitive but
still challenging. Because the explanations of each game are far from
helpful, your work is cut out for you. Fielding and base-running are
awkward, at best, but just take time to get accustomed to.
Bottom Line: If you're not really into baseball and just looking for
some old-fashioned Mario fun, Mario Superstar Baseball has a great
variety of game styles, multi-player mini-games and is only held back
by some awkward controls in the field.
Perfect for: The hardcore Nintendo and Mario fans, non-baseball fans,
and the casual gamer.

So, I got my sports car cherry popped today by Katie's dad. Oh... My.... God. You don't ride in a Porsche. You wear it. A beautiful, 4 cylinder black '85 Porsche. 5-speed.
