Shaving dogs is such a pain! At the vet clinic we had something ridiculous like 8 different clippers and they would all jam and get dull soooo quickly. It's not just you, they're designed horribly! Sometimes we'd resort to trying to grease them with vaseline because the spray lubricants wouldn't cut it. Talk about a nightmare! And the whole time the poor little ones are wondering what we're doing and how they're going to be tortured next. And we were supposed to be "the professionals," uh huh.
