If you're looking for a laptop that packs a lot of punch for not much money, check out the iBook! It's decently cheap - I think teachers can get one for around 1300.00 - and will do absolutely everything you want it to do. (Just in case you decide you want it now :) )
1300 is a bit much for me, the poor college grad. I'm looking for something under $900 ;-) It's tough! Plus, if I had one, I'd want to use it with my kids.. so I'd have 2 computers in the classroom. And kids can be careless. So I have to have an accidental insurance. Which is like $200 more :-( So that jacks the price up even more! :-(
