Given the drinking theme of the episode, I hope they take the golden opportunity to stop talking around Dean's drinking and deal with it directly. I was pretty disappointed that he was drinking along with Garth in the promo. The show seems to have emphatically defined him as an alcoholic, certainly in this season, and they've just about spelled it out in so many words. Here's hoping Sam (or ghost!Bobby) has something to say about Dean drinking again, if only to say just once, "Be careful."

Given the comedy feel of the episode, I'm not really holding my breath, but I hope the show proves me wrong since they seem to have invested in this as a kind of arc for Dean this season. (Is it even an "arc," though, if it's always on simmer in the background and there's never any change? I'm not sure.)
