...has happened. The deal on our house might fall through. Our relator didn't sound too happy on the phone this afternoon. The reason, one silly bylaw that in my opinion is complete bullshit. Apparently you are only allowed 1 cat and 1 dog in these townhouses. I am not sure if it is just the townhouses, the area or the whole city

I know right? When Dave and Stephen were here we had Chaplin and their two cats. Another house of renters had two dogs. In both cases no one cared.

I am upset, but we do have options. I guess gloomy could wear an ascot of hope.

Looks like there was a vote sent out to all of the home owners. I am not sure about the e-mail details, because we never got one. However the strata manager was asking if people wouldn't mind making an exception for this once. The vote didn't go in our favor. One of our neighbors who voted yes, was telling Rob to just tell the buyers to move in anyway.

I can no longer be upset at the Strata manager for not doing everything she can. I can however be mad at my neighbors who voted no.

Rob is talking with Ellen now, guess we will know soon.
