Gym Day

This past weekend was up and down as far as life goes. I had planned on doing the gym Thurs, Friday, Sunday, Monday, but it didn't work that way. I went on Friday, Saturday, missed Sunday and Monday, and went yesterday and today. Yeah, people tend to obsess about one thing... maybe weight, maybe inches, maybe calories, carbs, steps....

What really matters is being healthy, and happy. Great to see you going for THAT goal.

As always, the secret to fat-loss is... eat less, work more. :)
