So I am on my third day of being out on my own driving. I've got to admit it has been fairly fun so far. Though working splits, getting up when I do and having to take a bus and the train home makes for about a sixteen hours day. My hours for prep, work, between shifts, work then travel home is 4am to 8-8:30 pm. That's a long ass day ( Read more... )

Well today was my last day of line training and man this last week has been both very fun and a little crazy. I finally logged in to check my hours for this week and I was shocked to see I had just a little over sixty hours. Man do I wish my pay raise kicked in for this week instead of next week. Man this week has been so amazing. I mean it hasn't been easy, oh no I wouldn't say it was easy in the least but it has been a lot of fun and very educational. The first four days at TriMet were all about learning the bus. Awe I'm so glad to have a day off. Man the last three days at work have been intense, what with the back to school last minute sales and people taking advantage of the long labor day weekend.
