so, oxfam said today that the rich countries of the world were doing too little to late to help out with the pakistani/kashmir earthquake. It may seem reasonable to you to criticize rich nations like the us and those in the eu for not contributing more and doing so more speedily. I think, though, that the blame lies elsewhere
