While we were watching the debate, my mom said she thinks Cheney looks like "an unfriendly potato." I'd have to agree. What a terrible human being. He opposed Head Start and Meals on Wheels and Martin Luther King Day! I'll kill him.
OH, but he's SO about education. You know, "no child left behind" and all...except they forgot to mention it's no RICH child left behind. Both him and Bush just make me want to hurl.
No Child Left Behind is just like the worst policy ever. It's like "well yeah, if your school sucks, you can go to a better school," only, everybody's gonna have that idea, which will just overcrowd the "good" school, making it crappy. hmmm, here's an idea, why not try improving the schools theyre in instead? i think edwards was totally right about incentives for teachers in less-funded schools.
