I started writing a YA novel last year, and I really like it. Someday maybe it'll get published. I've been so busy with my book of short stories that I haven't had time to look at it since. Someday, someday.

When your YA novel gets published, I'll buy multiple copies for all the libraries in the county and talk it up to librarians I know from other places. They will buy it and it will then go on to win an Alex Award.
