We are at home now (second day already) and everything is exciting and new and odd and scaring for the puppy. Which means for me: sleepless nights

I think the name Amadeus is perfect. I'm very happy you finally got your dog and it's good to see an update from you!
Just a tip: Did anyone tell you to get an old fashioned wind up alarm clock and have the puppy sleep with it? Wrap the clock in an old small towel and place it in the dog's bed. It will mimick the beat of it's mothers heart and help calm him during the night.
I've heard that the tip with the clock works, but I can't personally vouch for it. *crosses fingers*. I hope the puppy is becoming more accustomed to his new home and that you're finally getting some sleep.
Thank you, I'm doing ok. Life is always interesting, no?
Other than being tired from lack of sleep I hope things are well with you!
He's so CUTE!!! I am thrilled for you, dear! And Amadeus will learn to sleep through the night....eventually. *g* I love that you have a harness on him too, much better for him. And does it matter that it is pink? And how do you know if he's gay or not? Is he already flirting with other boy dogs? *laughs* (not that it matters anyways)
Keep us posted on his progress and again, I am so very happy for you! I know how long you have waited for him. *snuggles*
Does it matter that is is pink? Well, I said I would train him to attack on command. A tiny pitbull *laughs* and well, that pink thing is NOT improving the imagination of a dangerous dog. (just joking)
We are doing the first training programm together now (seriously this time) and it is fun. Still not sleepin during night so if this won't change I will just keep him awake for a looong day soon. Yes, evil owner I am.
Thank you dear and sorry that I am unable to keep up with you at the moment! It will change as soon as we found a rhythm to live *hugs*
I hope you are doing well, dear and take care! Your Knight.

I love the dog! So cute!! And I'm not a dog person, but Amadeus (are you going to call him Wolfy?) is so ... what a face. Just love it.
Well, he could just like pink. And it does look fetching on him. ;)
Good luck, honey! I hope you get some sleep soon.

I also think a harness is better for dogs. I hope it works out. And I'm crazy myself - too much change going on. But I'll muddle through somehow. ;)
