This is why I admire Obama so much. He know's the reform to health care is going to be controversial and may cost him a second term but he's going ahead with it anyway.
I had such high hopes for Gillard, but first keeping Conroy and now this. Pandering to the right-wing constantly. It's disgusting. No idea who to vote for, aside for Greens for Senate. So frustrating.
If she rushes into an election before explaining where she stands on most of the big issues, I'll switch teams just out of sheer annoyance though. Better the devil you know... *hands*
Totally. Can't stand Abbott, but at least we know what we'll be getting with the Libs. So far I've disliked pretty much every major decision the Labour party have made this time around. It feels like there's really only one party at the moment. The both as bad as each other.

Not that Abbott is likely to be any better on that point. I hate the small-mindedness that just always seems to be there in politics. :(
