Yeah, no matter how empty the roads, there will always be one knobhead on them. It's a universal law, or something.
Masks are still a rarity here. I saw only one shopper wearing one this morning. The government hasn't recommended wearing them here, despite the WHO's advice, because there aren't enough to go around even among healthworkers, let alone the public.
My niece works at Cedars Sinai, and she said that since so few people are on the freeways it's resulting in substantially fewer accident victims coming in to the E.R. It's hard to picture the L.A. freeways so empty!
How many dogs do you walk at a time? One is plenty for me. :)
