I keep on wanting to try NaNoWriMo, but I think it would be biting off more than I can chew this year... O.o Good luck!

I'm going to retry a story I started and gave up on a long time ago. It's early Showa (1930s) Japan.

X3 I'm assuming that they don't do anything for Halloween over there and that Ouran has lied to me.

Yes, Ouran has lied to you, sorry to say. (Then again, they might have been in a trendier part of Japan that might at least have Halloween-like costume parties going on...) People here have heard of Halloween, but they don't know what day it's on and figure only kids really do anything for it. Apparently there was some kind of gathering (for kids, mostly) at the mall near here yesterday, but I didn't hear about it until today........ T____T

Oh well, I'll make up for it next year. Or I'll try.

I suddenly thought maybe I'd like to retry a D Gray fanfic I started eons ago, trying to write one good piece of DGM fic to make up for the piles of bad stuff out there... we'll see if I can come up with how to make the plot advance, I'm not sure what I wanted to happen and my main character is a bit more Mary Sue-ish than I'd like.
