This is a warning that I'm going to be taking down the PSA in the next day or two, as I'm just catching up with the new Australian pornography laws and all the implications. I want to be safe while I get my head around the mess and work out what the best thing to do would be ( Read more... )

I'm not familiar with the new laws over there at all. Except for hearsay. So I couldn't tell you what'd be best. Although, from what I've heard, I think your best bet may just be handing the "legal" reigns over to someone in the US, or the UK. Unless they've some new laws I dunno about.

Then, at least, you'll be protected. And your site can file under legal sanction in the States, under protection of "parody". Because, the Americans love their right to make fun of everything. Yes we do. ;p

oh, that was a nasty scare.. i was right in the middle of "The Mirror of Maybe" and just got to a climactic point! ;---; so cruel..
