Thankyou! Yes, definitely that's very helpful! I didn't know any of it except Shadowphoenix's ljs. I will just keep trying to find everyone, but I haven't had time to go searching for everyone's new addresses, it's hard keeping up with so many!

imadra_blue used to be J. Marie not Jai Marie. She was never archived at the PSA, as far as I know.

Yeah, I said I wasn't sure if it was the same person. I did think it was a bit odd that theres a Jai Marie and a J. Marie. But I had only met J just before she changed to jax, before I only knew her through a yahoo group.

I dunno which php script you're using but if it's Rivka's eFiction script, I can help you make a layout ;)

BTW, what is the Australian law particulary banning? Is it chan slash? (Sorry I haven't been into it much... :P)

No, I'm not using an eFiction script, at present I'm not using any database scripting, though I'm getting a customised one made soon :) And I've done all the layouts, but thanks anyway!

Yeah, the law is banning chan slash, any material that includes people under 18 in anything sexual is illegal... Makes things complicated for me!

But wouldn't that include any fics where the chars are still at Hogwarts!? 'Cause that's about the majority of them, wouldn't you think? Or is it just the fics involving chan?

Er yeah, it does include a lot of them, but I am probably only going to focus on the ones where characters are under 14-15; I'm not going to worry about stories where both boys are 16/17, even though they do fall into the 'illegal' category... I think the law was made to reduce pedophilia so the cross-gen stories are probably more what I need to worry about. I'm thinking I might make a judgement on each of the cross-gen stories where Harry is underage on a seperate basis, relating to the level of sexual content and the nature of the relationship (ie. incest, non-con etc will be treated differently to sweet and fluffy).

I'm still not completely clear about what I'm doing...
