When did I get so fucking boring? Honestly, I have virtually no friends left. There's something fucking wrong with me. I need to figure out what that is.

When the memories of childhood come I almost always feel embarrassment or guilt at my stupidity and selfishness. Ain't that grand?

The gist, is that Pepsi was running a promo, they promised a 250 tickets opening day tickets to fans who showed up (lottery style). People waited in line. Turns out they were giving tickets away but to a game in June. While I'm not a baseball fan, I respect that this is a substantial difference.
